Fair Use

filmizer licenses its content with a Creative Commons License.
filmizer understands copyright and endorses copyleft. If you feel that the type of content we are featuring, linking to, displaying on this site is taken wrongfully we are here to explain ourselves, help you and in case remove any content you may feel has been used inappropriately.

filmizer displays the minimum information taken from your site that can encourage the user to click through. The text used in some cases is only the title of the page that we are linking, sometimes a small snippet of text. With this text we are only inviting our users to click towards your site. We are not in the business of exchanging links or getting paid to drive traffic: we have added the link to your resources only because it seems interesting for the users of filmizer.

We may be linking deep into the structure of your site and doing so for a reason: our users are looking for specific information and it would be unhelpful to link to your homepage. If you feel this is inappropriate or in breach of your terms & conditions please let us know and we will apologize and promptly take down the links.

We may be featuring stories from your RSS feed, maybe alone, maybe aggregated with other feeds. This is because we think your content is relevant and interesting for our users. We are happy if the information we publish on our site makes our users click through to your site. To invite the users to click we may use the title of your story, the title of your page and maybe a small snippet of text from the story. If you should feel this is unfair or in violation of whatever principles drive you, please let us know and we will apologize and promptly exclude your feed from our site.

If you have read this through maybe you can believe that we provide content to the advantage of your users and to your advantage: we don't feature content internally and we are not competing with other cinema site. We offer a new level of access to information through aggregation: our idea is to deliver as much outwards traffic possible. The outwards traffic is headed towards your site: please don't ask us to exclude it.

If you have decided that we are not acting in your best interest and would like your site removed from Filmizer please communicate it to us via email and we will take your communication in good faith maybe even without involving your legal department. We are good guys, really.
